Bigfoot supplements our current out of school provision, by offering after school sessions for those children with an enthusiasm for performing arts.

What has been particularly of benefit for our school is that the package has been tailor-made to address our whole school focus of sustainability.

The club was launched via a whole school assembly in which the Director of Bigfoot had all the children taking part in an interactive, physical warm up, giving them a taste of what was to come.

The drama teacher's enthusiasm is reflected in the comment made by one Y4 boy who said that the drama club was the "best club i've ever been to!- a testimonial to its success.

The course will culminate in a production for both children and parents based on the issue of the environment, and I am sure this will generate further potential 'actors'.
